Therapeutic Massage
This service will be catered to your individual needs and the session specifications will be dictated by your goals, preferences, and my assessment. Various techniques and styles of bodywork will be utilized based on your evolving needs. Whether your goal is stress management, pain relief, symptom alleviation, or an evolving combination of all the above...I'll work with you to establish care that works for you.
This service is best for those who want the overall benefits of increased circulation, reduced blood pressure, and stress relief in addition to focused pain/symptom management.
60 minutes - this length of session is ideal for general full-body work or specific focus on a few areas of concern.
90 minutes - this length of session is ideal for thorough full-body work with added focus on a few main areas of concern.
Sport Session
The main distinctions between this service and the therapeutic massage are your goals and techniques/modalities utilized. This type of bodywork will involve more active participation on your end, as we'll generally be doing lots of stretching, movement, and other active techniques requiring lots of feedback and involvement. Because this type of bodywork will involve more positional changes and range of motion, I typically suggest you wear form fitting, comfortable athleticwear so that we can work over the clothing, using minimal to no oil.
This type of session is best for someone wanting to address specific injuries/pains/mobility issues and doesn’t mind skipping out on the traditional massage experience, as we will not be working full-body or for the goal of relaxation.
Clients need to have had at least one full-length service prior to booking a sport session.
